1. Information We Collect
To provide our AI-powered music video creation features, we collect the following types of information:
- Account and Authentication Information: When you log in using Google Sign-In, we receive your Google profile information (email address, full name, and profile picture URL). This is used strictly to identify your account, sync your credit balance, and secure your personal masterpiece library (History).
- User-Generated Content (Media Uploads): To generate MVs and slideshows, you may upload background photos, character portraits, or local audio files. These assets are securely uploaded to our encrypted cloud storage servers for processing and video rendering.
- Billing and Transaction Information: If you purchase VIP/Pro credit tiers, transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing services. We do not store or process your raw credit card or financial details on our servers.
- Device and Usage Data: We use third-party analytics and ad services (Google AdMob, Firebase) which may automatically collect non-personal device identifiers, crash logs, and interaction statistics to improve app stability and serve personalized advertisements.
2. How We Store and Share Your Data
We take security very seriously and implement the following mechanisms to protect your assets:
- Secure Cloud Storage: Your uploaded assets (images, audio) and rendered music videos are stored securely on our cloud servers using database encryption. Generated assets are linked solely to your unique account ID.
- Third-Party Services: We integrate the following third-party SDKs to support app operations:
- Google Play Services / Firebase Authentication: Secure user identity mapping.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Ad rendering and rewards tracking (Ad Gate).
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Sending push notifications for completed video render tasks.
- Data Retention: We retain your account data and generated media for as long as your account remains active. You can request absolute deletion of your data at any time.
3. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to access, update, or delete your account information. To delete your account and all associated media assets from our servers permanently:
- Go to the Settings screen in the App.
- Submit a deletion request, or contact our support team at support@urastudio.live.
All your account credentials, uploaded photos, audio files, and rendered videos will be permanently purged within 7 business days.
4. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@urastudio.live.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Các tài nguyên này được tải lên máy chủ lưu trữ đám mây được mã hóa của chúng tôi để phục vụ quá trình xử lý và xuất video (rendering).
- Thông tin Giao dịch và Thanh toán: Nếu bạn mua các gói tín dụng VIP/Pro, các giao dịch sẽ được xử lý bảo mật bởi dịch vụ Google Play Billing. Chúng tôi không lưu trữ hoặc xử lý thông tin thẻ tín dụng trực tiếp trên máy chủ của mình.

2. Cách lưu trữ và Chia sẻ Dữ liệu
Chúng tôi luôn đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối cho dữ liệu của bạn với các cơ chế bảo vệ sau:
- Lưu trữ đám mây an toàn: Các tệp tin bạn tải lên và video MV thành phẩm sau khi xuất bản sẽ được lưu trữ an toàn trên các máy chủ đám mây của chúng tôi dưới cơ chế mã hóa. Các tệp này chỉ liên kết duy nhất với ID tài khoản của bạn.
- Dịch vụ bên thứ ba: Chúng tôi tích hợp các SDK của bên thứ ba sau để vận hành ứng dụng:

Bạn có quyền truy cập, cập nhật hoặc xóa thông tin tài khoản của mình. Để xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản và tất cả dữ liệu đa phương tiện liên quan khỏi máy chủ của chúng tôi:
- Truy cập màn hình Cài đặt (Settings) trong Ứng dụng.
- Gửi yêu cầu xóa tài khoản, hoặc liên hệ trực tiếp với đội ngũ hỗ trợ tại: support@urastudio.live.
Mọi thông tin tài khoản, ảnh tải lên, tệp âm thanh và video đã xuất bản của bạn sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi hệ thống trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc.
4. Quyền riêng tư của Trẻ em

5. Thay đổi Chính sách
